In this course, we will explore a project that helps you explore different techniques and create a collection by the end of the workshop. These works will be made using hand-building techniques. One will also get exposure to the kind of materials and techniques one can use to make the work. From the beginning till the end, you will be involved in testing, reflecting and making. This will include you working on sketches, planning and testing pieces before proceeding with the final work. 

The course structure may be similar for all but the process, progress and output will always depend on what one is interested in. This course is for anyone who comes intending to explore the creative process of working with ceramics and learn how to work on a project of their own by the end of the course. This could be useful for a portfolio or even to expand one's creative process or just make a project that can be your own and have fun making and learning the same.

• There may be breaks between the classes depending on what stage of ideation we are at. 

• In the creative course if one wishes to explore different materials that are not already available in the studio then those can be arranged. However, the charges for that are not included in the course fee. 

• If one wants to use the wheel for the course then the charges would be 1000/- in addition, or one can also opt for a practice session besides the course to complete the project.

NOTE: This course covers the firing and glazing of 5 pieces only. You can make pieces beyond 5. The chargers will apply depending on the size of the work. ​
